Made with Xara Site Map About Us The Rehabilitation Network is an independent organisation that works entirely outside the litigation process providing an independent view of claimants’ needs for rehabilitation. Established in 2001 we are a small business offering nationwide coverage through a network of independent Case Managers providing tailored services from rehabilitation programmes to vocational rehabilitation. The Rehabilitation Network is a group of qualified, independent professionals/practitioners, including Occupational Therapists, Occupational Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Psychotherapists with extensive experience of medical, therapeutic and vocational rehabilitation and case management.  We have an excellent record of successful returns to work and offer a wide range of complementary skills and nationwide coverage. Normally we are instructed jointly by a defendant’s insurance company and the claimant’s solicitor and both receive copies of all reports we produce or request. In income protection, employer’s liability and life assurance claims the referring party is normally the insurer providing the policy cover. Our concerns are solely to assess, co-ordinate and provide rehabilitation services to assist the injured person where possible in maximising their rehabilitation potential. We also accept referrals privately from individuals in need of some medical and/or vocational rehabilitation and case management services. The Rehabilitation Network works within the Code of Ethics and Standards of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association and the principles of the UK Rehabilitation Council’s Rehabilitation Standards. In motor and personal injury claims The Rehabilitation Network operates within the framework of The Rehabilitation Code  (2007), remaining independent.
